Eat Your Breakfast

I don’t. Haven’t in years. Hate it. Gack.
But, Nigella is convincing me differently. Click here to hear her story on breakfast. She says my body is hoarding calories because I don’t eat breakfast. Yeah, right, and it has nothing to do with my nightly chocolate sundae.
But, she is so lovely to listen to, and now I, too, want a “glossy coat” like the dogs who live on avocado farms she mentions. So I ate the english muffin smeared with avocado this morning. And it’s delicious. She says sprinkle with lime, and a little salt. YUM.
I am thankful for breakfast. And COFFEE, of course.

i hate breakfast too! i can’t really eat a lot before 10am without feeling sick. but i could definitely get behind eating avocados every morning…yum!

Try apples and peanut butter in the am. Not too heavy, and peanut butter is a miracle food. You’ll be an energizer bunny.
Just got back into drinking coffee in the am. Raises the question – why did I ever stop? Suddenly, I am getting things done again!

I never get to breakfast because I can get SO MUCH DONE while H & W are engaged with their breakfast. Even though I love the idea of breakfast.
But avocados for breakfast, yum!
