Breakfast Casserole

Emma wanted this recipe. It’s really good, and really easy, and really nice to have it done the night before, so you can drink coffee and relax with your guests!

Breakfast Casserole
(Prepare the night before)

6 eggs
3-4 slices white bread (small pieces)
1 lb. bacon or sausage (Em, i actually used 1/2 lb. sweet ital. sausage)
2 cups of milk
1 tsp. of salt
1 tsp. of mustard ( this wasn’t in there, I don’t have any)
1 Cup grated cheddar cheese

Combine eggs, mustard salt, milk in bowl, mix well.

Place small bread pieces on bottom of 9×13 pan, sprinkle cheese over bread. Add egg mixture & cooked meat. DO NOT STIR.

Place pan in refrigerator overnight – cook next day at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Serves 6

(Nancy & Gail) – I don’t know who they are!

Anna & Rush, can you hear me? Will you find me without me even telling you how? This feels like geocaching to me, heading out into the woods with little direction, hoping to find goodies, that probably aren’t that valuable anyway (my posts, not yours). It will take time. Testing, 123
